  I have no words to express the caring attitude of Dr Lam for my wife. She had three miscarriages. She phoned up Dr Lam when we lost our baby (after bleeding at 8 weeks). You can imagine the bitter moments when we were facing the terrible news of failed pregnancy. We cried. We cried. We didn't expect Dr Lam return our call at 2 am. She spent time and comforted my wife (who was scared and frustrated). Dr Lam was soft (when she talked about the sadness) but firm (when she breaks the bad news).
