  Went through my diagnosis in detail, and came up with a few suggestions. Not pushy. Sometimes I had to wait 30 to 45 mins, but sometimes less. Doctor is friendly but he should be aware that the receptionist is not pleasant to deal with. she needs to be professionally trained as to how to interact with patients in a courteous manner.
