  I want to express my heart felt gratitude to ENT specialist Dr. Kam. I had been suffering from blocked nose each night & allergy to air conditioning which greatly affected my sleep & daily activities. Approximately 10 months ago & prior to seeing Dr. Kam I had a detestable experience with another ENT doctor who charged me exorbitantly for consultancy when he spent not more than 2 minutes’ examination using an otoscope like instrument & told me my nose bone is born bent hence restricting air flow & would subject to allergy. Gave me a written prescription note for purchase of antihistamine & charged me for $1300. I was recommended to consult Dr. Kam. On my first visit I found Dr. Kam to be meticulous in his examination & diagnoses with clear explanation of my case. There were polyps formed in each nasal passage with the left so large that it had almost fully blocked the passage of air. The consultant charges were less than the other ENT doctor comparatively. I chose the surgery option in stead of medication. Dr. Kam also offered me the option of referral to receive Hospital Authority surgery. I decide to go stay with his care. The surgery was carried out smoothly the following week & within days I felt like a different person reborn to enjoy the joy of breathing air.   本人由於使用耳滴油清理耳垢，以致失去聽到週邊聲音的能力，經由甘醫生醫治並清出全部耳垢，聽覺頓時回覆清晰清切。治療期間無痛無癢，甘醫生於過程中悉心詳細講解情況，非常專業，對術後問題也會認真耐心回答，並教導日後處理耳垢的正確方法，實屬不可多得的好醫生。以該醫院的新淨先進的設施考慮，高一點的收費是可以理解的，而甘醫生本身亦只收取最低的醫生費，並無濫收費用。甘醫生的專業，乃港人之福。 簡評: 個人觀感- 詳盡親切、耐心施診 經歷過程- 求診病人實在太多，等候需時 推介意見- 值得向有需要人仕推介
