  Please be advised we are totally unsatisfied with the service provided by the above-mentioned doctor on 02.24.2025. He is a medical provider with no medical ethics. He made a wrong diagnosis on my mother who is 94 years old and refused to examine her further when we had doubts about her sickness. He treated my mom as shingles in error when she has pressure sores instead. Not only we wasted our money and time, my mom needed to suffer a lot from sores worsening. As a professional practitioner, this is an unforgivable error as the symptom for shingles is very different than the pressure sore’s. Other than negligence, he also treated my mom with a bad attitude as well. My sister who accompanied her there was asked to pay HK$500 per minute when she wanted to ask more questions!!! Our entire family is being impacted by this issue as we all care about our loved ones. In order to avoid same thing happen to the other patients, I decided to bring this up to your organization and all relevant/related departments/media firms further.
