The booking experience was incredibly frustrating. My first appointment was scheduled for early August, but the day before, I received a call from the clinic saying it had to be rescheduled. They claimed the dentist’s training was unexpectedly rescheduled at the last minute, which clashed with my appointment. I find it hard to believe that professional training for dentists would be shifted with such short notice, but I accepted it and rescheduled for September 7th. However, after a typhoon hit Hong Kong on the 5th and 6th of September, I received yet another call on the night of the 6th, saying my appointment had to be rescheduled again. This time, they blamed the storm for causing equipment malfunctions. This excuse seemed ridiculous, as the clinic is on the 18th floor of a commercial building that appeared perfectly fine when I passed by.
