  Not to mention his diagnosis, I think there're problems for his professional ethics. During the short consultation process, he received a call and had a very happy talk with the other side (probably his colleague) even though the patient (aged over 80) was very upset on his diagnosis. He said that MRI was required and then followed up by a major operation. He did not show any care to the patient's feeling! Really thanked for his suggestion that we could go for another specialist cause he considered that we did not trust his diagnosis. Luckily, we found another specialist.
