  第一次光顧等咗兩個半小時，因為忘了拎單據comp保險，要再次上去拎又要等成粒鐘，明明睇醫生果陣係有傷口，卻要寫成發炎，態度惡劣 簡評: 個人觀感- 態度有失、醫德有損 經歷過程- 求診病人實在太多，等候需時 推介意見- 本人絕對不會再作光顧

  I went there to check on my urinal infection but Dr. Lau only told me to cut out my uterus because of fibroid. She didn't ask me and put me on ultrasound. Only later when I ask what about my infection, she first said oh there wasn't infection then she go on saying maybe its urinal when I said it hurts. She prescribe 7 days of antibiotics and some external cream. Only if I had known, I would have gone to a family doctor instead. She only keep telling me how bad it will get if I don't take out my uterus. I am truly disappointed at her professionalism. 簡評: 個人觀感- 有欠詳盡、耽誤病情 經歷過程- 醫護之語調態度令人無所適從 推介意見- 本人絕對不會再作光顧
