Dr. Hung was a very patient and professional doctor, who showed willingness and empathy to listened my problems rather than only giving his professional comment. In comparison with other doctor I saw before for my problem, Dr. Hung was indeed a thoughtful and considerate doctor. Although the consultation fee was relatively expensive, I recommend it really worth to pay if you want to have a comprehensive diagnosis to ensure your medical choice before any surgery! It's IMPORTANT! In my experience, waiting time was almost in five minutes. Also, he spent a lot of time to see a patient and having a sincere and polite attitudes to listen and explain about my concerns with some of his tools. I can say that in overall he gave me a professional image and enough confidence to receive his advises. This is my very first time to give comments to the platform list this. Dr Hung is an experienced ENT doctor. I had recurrent sinusitis. He performed a functional endoscopic sinus surgery on me and I would say its worth it because he made it a painless experience. Even during recovery, I do not experience much discomfort. Now, my headache and facial pain is eased. Dr Hung is willing to listen to your concerns. He also did proper follow ups for his patients. Would be great if he proactively offers more explanation on the diseases since sometimes patients dont know what questions to ask. His private clinic is decent and tidy. It doesnt feel like you are in a horrible clinics with lots of germs at all. And as long as you made a booking, you dont have to wait for a long time (around 5 minutes) However, one of the nurses (long haired one) in his clinic totally ruined the image of Dr Hungs clinic. She is rude, impolite, and impatient. She does not show basic respect to the patients. When a simple medical question was asked, she answered it impatiently with a rude attitude. It's a shame.
