i absolutely agree with the comment below that she is just asking money but not helping the patient. She is the worst doctor i have ever seen in my life.
The first time i saw her, she blamed on me that I should told the nurse for more comprehensive checking instead of regular gynecology checking . ok fine the nurse didn't ask me for that and provided that it was the first time for me to see gynecology doctor. Then she used ultrasound to check that I have some sort of cyst in my Virginia. She threatened me that it would be a cancer and start to ask for more checking to earn money. I reject to her because I have cheaper way to check my body through company's doctor. She then realised it and start to be very impolite. i ended up pay for $1880 for just ultrasound and a cream for my Virginia.
Couple days after i called her nurse and ask for a referral letter to my company's doctor. She rejected my request because she said gynecology doctor can't refer to other gynecology doctor. This is completely insane and non-sense! I then ask my new doctor he said he never heard such reason for not giving out the referral letter.
My current gynecology doctor is super nice to follow up my case, he discover that that 'CYST' is actually just a growing ovum. Neither of cyst or even cancer. We all sidetrack by her because she said its possibly cyst which need to do surgery or even worse cancer. Even my current doctor questioned me who was the doctor i see before lol.
I'm strongly do not recommended this doctor to anyone. If you are pregnant or having gynecology issue, better to find someone who are recommended in this platform. With a lot of bad comment for this doctor, you can tell how worse is she.

After visited Dr Chai Hei Lam, Anita yesterday, she said that the best operation date for my baby is Sept 3/4, then asking me to confirm if I can change to her to do this operation for me or not. When I sent to the hospital and confirmed everything, she called me and said that she has a meeting on that date and no time to do operation for me. If she has no time, why doesn''t she tell me earlier. She said she did mention this and we forgot, crazy!!!! Both myself and my husband NEVER heard that she mentioned this to us yesterday.

這是我看醫生最差的一次 醫生建議我照超聲波檢查同子宮抹片檢查，但因為我用醫療卡，我抹片就去咗指定化驗所做。但後來因為時間同價錢不是差太遠的關系。我還是找回蔡曦琳醫生，但之前蔡醫生亦未同我講過照超聲波前咩情況是照不到結果的。原來準備月經前是照不到任何結果。要再月經后照。短短幾分鐘已經600蚊。咁樣都算了，醫生角度賺多次錢會更好。但在我角度，醫生未夠細心，感覺好似比人呃咗咁。其次，醫生亦不能解答我問題，有啲專業術語未接觸過真是不太明白，再問醫生她反問我：頭先我講咗啲咩呀？或者話：我頭先咪講咗囖。照完超聲波醫生也不會告訴你咩病，一次又一次叫你繼續去檢查，去醫院再照內窺鏡，答案也模棱兩可。未做檢查答你唔到····可能CHECK完冇事。但亦可能好大件事，感覺上無盡收錢深淵···太利益當頭和沒有耐心~~~如果想睇搵她的朋友要慎重 簡評: 個人觀感- 態度有失、醫德有損 經歷過程- 只知取藥付費，未能盡釋疑慮 推介意見- 本人絕對不會再作光顧
產前檢查 在懷孕初誤服某種調期藥期，我查詢：會否影響胎兒。 蔡醫生回應：要查下才知道，下次再來睇。在同一週內第二次睇，她根據網上資料回覆，且無端端一星期內照多次超聲波，從中收多一次診金。 但我把這情況向另外兩位婦醫生查詢，他們能馬上答無有影響。 還有其他意見及對話反映蔡醫生以錢為主要目的，不是為病人著想，不會考慮病人等了一個小時，仍同診室內病人閒談（診所牆壁薄，無謂傾計聲傳左出來）。 整體評價 醫術經驗不高，診斷依據靠網上資料 未有以病人為本，縱然表面細心慰問 簡評: 個人觀感- 普普通通、中規中距 經歷過程- 求診病人實在太多，等候需時 推介意見- 在無其他選擇下可一試

首先想講入到去見醫生,已經見到位醫生鍵盤下有一串銅錢,已經令本人覺得難以接受,身為醫生,唔係應該以病人病情為中心,反而信呢D命理放一串銅錢想殺病人一頸血? 2.係完全無問過陪本人睇醫生的一位係點稱呼,一直將我老公叫成男朋友.完全覺得呢位醫生以貌取人去估病人親屬關係 3.本人已經上網睇了無數咁多有關念珠菌的病情,相信自己症狀係念珠菌,希望醫生能準確話到我知係唔係念珠菌.誰知呢位醫生問我既情況時,我都未講完,已經連珠炮咁講佢要講既野.完全無理病人講野.仲遊花園去講其他問題以鋪排佢之後想搵錢位置 4.講完一輪,佢竟然可以答唔到我係咩事,咩都話可能,唔知,唔清楚,呢D叫專業? 5.好啦,本身話要睇睇分泌物係點先再答我.之後佢就傳銷員咁上身咁,無啦啦又叫人做埋抹片檢查.本人已經多次強調係第一次睇婦科,暫無心理準備而且極度緊張害怕,所以唔做抹片.佢態度變到超串,又話幫唔到你,又話萬一係CANCER.想問下究竟你係唔係要搶錢到咁去恐嚇個病人. 6.醫生見本人咁緊張就提出一陣叫"男朋友"完程拖住你手.誰知上到床後,無啦啦又話要人除埋BRA,仲要我老公行開俾佢CHECK.話我老公阻住佢.我老公已經多次強調不用檢查乳房,呢位醫生都硬係要我老公走開.真係令我好嬲.請問我而家係陰道痕,關個胸咩事. 7.之後全程話可能有小小痛,而我真的感到有點頂住痛時,所以緊閉眼睛,醫生竟然話我扮野,有無咁痛. 8.之後又傳銷員咁上身咁,無啦啦話做埋超星波.我真係想問咩事,打蛇隨棍上.當然我同老公都極度話無需要.所以無迫做到 9.之後落番床,醫生係完全無講過D分泌物係咩結論.止痕藥都無.仲好意思再傳銷員咁上身咁叫人打HPV.當然唔理佢. 仲係咁問我洗唔洗開D止經痛藥俾我.我當然話唔需要,我止痛藥大把,洗你開.結論到走都無正視過我痕既問題,止痕藥都無.不但無消除我既疑疑慮,仲有俾人搶錢既感覺.睇完醫生得不到答案,咁我洗鬼睇你. 之後既抹片檢查報告我都唔會信呢位醫生,完全俾唔到專業感我.仲係咁話我左右諗浪費佢時間.如果你咁無時間唔好學人睇病 大家如果覺得錢多想洗咁D,可以搵佢 簡評: 個人觀感- 診效不顯、收費不稱 經歷過程- 醫護之語調態度令人無所適從 推介意見- 本人絕對不會再作光顧
