I found Dr. Lau randomly through my insurance card network.
I was meeting Dr. Lau for a consultation and was surprised by her horrible bedside manners. She did not listen to my concerns and insisted on this one way conversation lecture, kind of like a teacher lecturing a grade school girl.
She insisted on examining me, even when I told her that I had just received a formal pap smear check up 3 months ago. I was uncomfortable but complied, as she really gave me no choice.
While she examined me, she asked me this one question to which I didn't reply to right away. She then goes " Doctor ( referring to self) is asking you a question! " How Impatient and rude, I've never experienced this kind of treatment. Felt so humiliated. Overall I would not recommend or go back to her for anything ever again.

有返咁上下年紀，我去到問診時，如果你講既野佢覺得唔岩會唔耐煩，好惡，呢個我理解。但以下幾點我覺得睇婦科我完全接受唔到，首先探陰道枝野（超聲波），其他醫生會用安全套或有膠套住用完會掉再消毒，但呢度無用野套住，用完姑娘求其用張唔知有冇消毒成分既紙抺走d野就完左。（我唔知佢會唔會向我出黎再抺，但我出黎後兩分鐘都無叫左下一位）。醫生只係帶左一隻手套！！抽抺片既膠棒就咁一枝枝筆插咁插向度，完全無野蓋住，我如果睇之前睇到我一定唔做任何檢查，可惜我做完坐向度等個醫生返黎先見到，我真係未見過一個婦科醫生同姑娘衛生意識係咁。我而家已經再約另一位醫生，因為過程中，不停叫我做手術 簡評: 個人觀感- 普普通通、中規中距 經歷過程- 醫護人員親切有禮的提供協助 推介意見- 本人絕對不會再作光顧
非常同意網友所言 1）手勢粗魯 檢查後用消毒紙巾清潔時大力按住，搞到更痛 2）知道用醫療卡就恨不得做曬所有項目 話幫我除左解決本身問題外做埋超聲波然後化驗分泌物，話醫療卡包曬無所謂 宜家搞醫療卡claim錢先發現藥錢要自己um錢，但當時係話包的 3）態度不耐煩，講解不清晰 一直不讓你講野，但問問題就火叫聽埋，完成檢查後完全不比時間穿回衣服，連胸圍都未戴返就已經極不耐煩想趕我走，本身話比消炎藥我，後來先發現係抗生素，兩者我覺得都好大分別 所以真心不建議來求醫，無下次！ 簡評: 個人觀感- 態度有失、醫德有損 經歷過程- 醫護之語調態度令人無所適從 推介意見- 本人絕對不會再作光顧
