  在這裡很想去表達我想向醫生表達的感激. 女兒由出世開始就睇曾醫生, 到長大後轉一般家庭醫生傷風感冒..已有十多年沒有找曾醫生. 直到今年6月, 女兒持續3星期有低燒, 轉睇3個家庭醫生均未有進展, 最迷網的時候想到就是找曾醫生, 由於表面的病徵是肺炎, 幸好醫生同時要求女兒驗血及照肺片待5天後睇報告, 期間醫生開的藥令發燒及心口痛得到控制, 直到5天藥物食完, 女兒再次發燒及關節痛, 那天剛遇到八號風球, 到打風後第二天早上再找醫生, 醫生二話不說立即寫紙給我們到公立醫院詳細檢查, 經過五天檢查確診是免疫系統問題-紅班狼, 那天的我個心好痛, 但同時很感激很感激仁心仁術的曾醫生幫忙, 之前無知的我甚至我去問醫生為什麼不寫紙去私家醫院, 後來我才明白公立的醫生團隊及專科醫生更全面, 加上免疫系統毛病不是每份保險都受理, 幸好不是去了私家.. 很想與每個媽媽分享, 不是每個病都可以即時用目測找到病因, 真的很依賴醫生的經驗去判斷及病人的信任. 感恩! 感激 ! 簡評: 個人觀感- 仁心仁術、醫德高尚 經歷過程- 醫生會從病人出發去提供意見 推介意見- 值得向有需要人仕推介

  My son went to see him for asthma for 5 times (from 2010 Nov to Dec) & so far I found his medical advice is reasonable. Until Dr. Tseng suggested my son to take the skin allergy test, I sought the advice from my friends & nurse that for allegy test, it could also be done by blood test. I mentioned this to Dr. Tseng who gave me black face & started to say that Bio-Txx company is bad & cannot trust. I said you have advised my son to take allergy test which was his advice. He kept on saying bad things about that co. For me, it's up to you to give advice but don't ever say to your patient that it is wasting time & asked me to seek my specialist in respiratory medicine (Dr. Leung who is a very professional doctor). I just stopped him for further discussion but to focus on the asthma treatment for my son, he told me that my son could continue the inhalation for 2 weeks or stop the inhalation now as he saw some improvement but not totally satisfactory and it's up to my decision. What??? It is so ridiculous, I'm paying you for thousand dollars for medical advice & don't give me this reply. I found he is very irresponsible & unprofessional as a doctor & this is the bad experience for me & my son ever!!!! I would surely relay this case to the appropriate authority for follow up.
