my relative has thyroid problem and follows up in the public hospital plus puts on medication , however not sure about the nature of illness and the effect of the medication. my friend recommended Dr. Ma to us. She is a very good doctor we've ever met. She explained everything in detail with no rushing and answered our questions with patience, plus gave professional advice. I have adnormal situation on my thyroid which have potential impact on my pregancy. Dr. Ma is very patience in explaining the examination report and make recommendation for my consideration. She respond to my questions in a detailed manner and show cares to my cost concerns. After meeting with her, I am more clearer about my thyroid situation, the consultation experience is far exceed my expectation. I brought my grandma who has diabetes for decades to see Dr Ma. My grandma was suffered from leg issue that she felt painful all the time. We had seen orthopedics but it didnt work. We then suspected her leg problems were the symptoms of worsen diabetes. We found out Dr Ma by chance and the nurse was so kind to offer us a timeslot on the next day. Dr Ma examined her symptoms with due care. She explained clearly about my grandmas situation, the possible solutions and the associated risks. Whilst it was difficult to cure my grandmas problems (due to combined effect of aging and long term diabetes), Dr Ma provided comfort to my grandma and made her feel relieved and eased her pain with medication.
