Doctor Lau is nice and professional but the nurse attitude is terrible. Nurse not willing to talk to patience and with black face n bad temper. Clinic is small, sometime you need to stand outside the clinic.

Terrible nurse >>> The woman at the front desk is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I told her I am coming for picking up my report. She didnt look at me and said the doctor is not here and told me to come back in an hour. I asked her do I have to meet the doctor in order to get my report? She said "Yes". When I went back after an hour, she dropped down my ID number and told me to go back in an hour again. An hour later, I went back AGAIN, and she finally told me your report looks good. You can get your report and leave now. So, I asked do I need to meet the doctor? She said "No". She wasted my 2 hours for nothing. Her service is absolutely terrible. I will NEVER ever go back to this place again.
